ProductsAmino acids

Amino acids are critical to life, and have many functions in metabolism. One particularly important function is to serve as the building blocks of proteins, which are linear chains of amino acids. Amino acids can be linked together in varying sequences to form a vast variety of proteins.

Amino acids are used for a variety of applications in industry, but their main use is as additives to animal feed. This is necessary, since many of the bulk components of these feeds, such as soybeans, either have low levels or lack some of the essential amino acids: Lysine, methionine, threonine, and tryptophan are most important in the production of these feeds

The industrial application of amino acids for feed has an almost 40-year history. In the late 1950s and 1960s, DL-Methionine, produced by chemical synthesis, began finding its way into poultry feed. Production of L-Lysine by fermentation was started in Japan during the 1960s.

In addition to DL-Methionine and L-Lysine, HCl, L-Threonine and L-Tryptophan were introduced in the late 1980s. With progress in biotechnology, the cost of production of each amino acid has been significantly reduced, which has been one of the key factors in the expansion of use of amino acids in animal feed.

Amino acids for feed now play very important roles in improving the efficiency of protein utilization in animal feeding.

Even in the low protein diets with such balanced L-Threonine content, L-Threonine can optimize growth performance and decrease the excretion of nitrogen.

L-Threonine

Feed Grade 98%

L-Threonine is an esseantial amino acid that is added to the diet of pigs and poultry in order to exactly match the balanced amino acid requirement of the animals. In practice, L-Threonine is the second limiting amino acid for pigs and the third for poultry. Even in the low protein diets with such balanced L-Threonine content, L-Threonine can optimize growth performance and decrease the excretion of nitrogen. It is cost-effective and environment friendly.
Eksmatrade L-Threnine 98% (Feed Grade) is the highly purified products after fermentation. Technically, L-Threonine, the complementary of L-Lysine, is added based on the volume of L-Lysine in the feed. The ratio of Thr/Lys upon the species and grown stage.
We established "Vender Assurance Programs" in place to secure the consistent quality and reliability for all our deliveries. Both FAMI-QS and ISO 9001:2000 certificates are available.

L-Lysine, one of the essential amino acids, is the first limiting amino acid for pigs and the second for poultry.

L-Lysine

Feed Grade 98% 65%

L-Lysine, one of the essential amino acids, is the first limiting amino acid for pigs and the second for poultry. The level of dietary L-Lysine concentration significantly influences on the growth performance and feed efficiency. Supplementing L-Lysine in dietary could balance the amino acid profile in the formula and fulfill the requirements of animals to optimize the technico-economic result of production.
CBH are in the position to offer two kinds of L-Lysine:

  • L-Lysine HCI 98% (Feed Grade)
  • L-Lysine Sulphate 65% (Feed Grade)

Both are fermentaded from conventionally grown corn starch in China without any foreign materials added during the whole process. The L-Lysine HCI is highly purified to 98% after fermentation. L-Lysine Sulphate, which is more cost-effective, is semi-purified and contains other fermentation by-products such as other essential amino acids and carbohydrate. We established "Vender Assurance programs" in place to secure a consistent quality and reliability for all our deliveries. The FAMI-QS and ISO 9001:2000 certificates are available.
L-Lysine HCI 98% could attribute 78,4% free lysine and L-Lysine Sulphate 65%, equal to 65% lysine HCI, could provide 51% free lysine in feed. It has already been proven thet L-Lysine Sulphate has almost the same feed effects HCI form, such as feed efficiency, true digestibililty coefficient, bioavailability and relative biological value.

Exmatrade is in the position to supply both level Taurine (food&feed grade) for variety of application.

Taurine

Food/ Petfood Grade

Taurine, chemical name 2-aminoethansulphoric acid is a naturally occurring beta-amino acid in mammals. It is the building block of a key component of bile acid and highly concentrated in central nervous system, skeletal muscle, heart muscle and eyes, especially in the brain and heart muscle. In mammals it acts as conjugator of bile acid, benefits eye health ad vision, and plays detoxification, osmoregulation and membrane stabilization, and thus to ensure the normal reproduction, growth and maintenance.
As Taurine could be synthesized in the body from other components, it is generally recognized as non-essential amino acid for mammals. It is widely applied in infant food, energy fortified beverage and pet foods, where the synthesis of Taurine is insufficient and the dietary supplementation is required.
Eksmatrade is in the position to supply both level Taurine (food&feed grade) for variety of application. Thanks to our state-of-the-art technology, Eksmatrade could grantee the content of Taurine above 98,5% with flowing properties. Our products is GML, Halal and Kosher approved.
